US operators · early access
When the US opens, the paperwork will already exist.
DESCRN runs cross-border cannabis deals today: verified counterparties, escrow, and both governments' filings pre-filled from one deal record, on live Canadian export corridors. This waitlist puts licensed US operators first in line for the same infrastructure the day federal export becomes legal.
US cannabis remains federally illegal. This waitlist is for licensed state-legal operators who want to be first on the platform at federal legalization. No transactions. No commitments. Just a seat at the table.
Schedule III rescheduling confirmed April 23, 2026, and the DEA's hearing on broader rescheduling concluded July 15, and the judge's recommendation is pending. Full federal legalization is not yet law, but the regulatory direction is clear. DESCRN is onboarding US operators now so the platform is ready to transact on day one.

The machinery already runs
Live corridors into Germany, Israel and the United Kingdom: permits, escrow, evidence and deadlines handled inside the deal. See it working at

02
Verification is the front door
Your state licence number is how you join the list, because licence verification is how everything on DESCRN starts. Non-compliant companies never transact on the platform.
03
First contact, not first served
When federal export legalizes, waitlist operators are contacted directly and onboarded first, into import markets where the buyer side is already verified.
