The trap: Israel tests shipments on arrival, and a failed test means the goods never reach the buyer. DESCRN sequences the deal so lot-matched certificates of analysis travel with every filing, and delivery cannot be confirmed before customs release.

The trap: the UK import licence is single-use and valid for three months, while the Canadian export permit takes about six weeks of it. DESCRN pins a live countdown to the deal from the day the licence is issued, so the window is never discovered late.
